Workspace home, guide cards & a calmer UI

There’s a proper place to land when you pick a workspace: recent activity, @mentions and a quick note field so you can capture something before you even open a tracker. If you’re new, we drop you straight onto a timeline with friendly guide cards along the way — and forms, settings and dialogs finally feel like one app. When we’ve shipped something worth reading, you’ll see it under What’s new in settings.

• Workspace home - See what’s been happening lately, catch @mentions, and jot a quick note; we send it to the tracker you were just using so you don’t have to hunt
• Workspace switcher - A badge when a workspace has updates; keyboard shortcuts to jump between personal and teams; clearer layout when switching
• Tracker list - Drag to reorder, move trackers between folders, and browse everything in one tidy view; private trackers fit naturally in the list
• Guide cards - First visits land you ready to write (solo accounts get a “My Notes” starter tracker; invites get a welcoming team home). Tips appear on the right days and step aside as you try things
• What’s new - Read release notes from settings; a small indicator when there’s something you haven’t opened yet
• Integrations - In tracker settings, see what’s connected at a glance
• Forms & settings - Consistent fields and typography across the app; simpler flows for new trackers and teams; clearer teammate picker when you share a tracker
• Template library - Smoother navigation and sharper template previews

Unified Move/Copy, smarter AI breakdown & notification sync

All entry tools now live in one consistent icon bar — sidebar on desktop, bottom bar on mobile — and Move and Copy are unified into a single panel for both multiselect and single entries. AI task breakdown shows its steps inline, quick add promotes its AI actions, and notifications now sync across your devices.

• Entry tools in the icon bar - Mark done, AI breakdown, the new Move/Copy button and more now all live in one icon bar, with consistent styles across multiselect and single-entry modes
• Unified Move/Copy panel - One panel for both multiselect and single entries, with quick Tomorrow / Today / Yesterday buttons and a "Shift by ±N days" row
• AI task breakdown - Generated steps now display inline on the entry, with clearer feedback and no more auto-trigger
• Quick add - AI actions are more prominent and sit closer to the input

Links, image previews and the web grabber now live in the side panel instead of separate modals. Multiselect has an icon toolbar for bulk move/copy and AI handoff, and AI threads plus copy/export got layout and reliability improvements.

🎨 UI overhaul — filters, quick add & polish

Continues the UI overhaul: clearer filters, a better category menu, and a smoother quick-add flow, plus a fix for drag-and-drop freezes.
